Congrats to Ed, my DH who showed his stuff when he recently won the Doyle Shield for handball in Fenagh, Leitrim.

What's handball?...I hear you say. Well, it is a fast and furious Irish sport played by two players side by side whacking a ball against a wall. Fabulous game . Well done Eddie! ...not bad for a Dub eh?

What's a Dub? I hear you say. Well, a Dub is a native of Dublin of course!

Here's some useless info for you....People from Aughawillan are known as "Willies" and immigrant/ex-pat Dubs are known as "Plastic Willies"...ah, sufferin' heart!
